Phuket 2016 (Part 2)

Thursday, July 28, 2016

I honestly think the events from the previous day got us so tired that we slept in till 10.30 and totally missing breakfast time! We then went to Kataturk Turkish Restaurant for a quick brunch and ordered fries and tomato meatball. I would think it would be better to go there in the evening as they do not serve Pitas that early since they have to make it in a whole batch.

Very nice tea that is complimentary

After brunch, we went to Kata beach and walked around for a bit before going to explore the streets of Kata and trying their local delicacies.

So many people at Kata Beach

The view was so amazing!

After walking for a bit, it started drizzling so we decided that we should go for dinner and to hide from the rain. Since we were near to sugar & spice, we dropped in for dinner and honestly, they have the most value meal I've ever had in Phuket!

We ordered 2 meals, one Pad Thai meal costing 159B (SGD6.30) and a Pineapple rice meal costing 179B (SGD7.20). Both meals came with a side, soup, main and dessert was fruits. The spring roll and satay tasted super delicious and a must try! I'm salivating while thinking of these 2!

Restaurants in Phuket always make their drinks look so pretty!

The very AMAZING spring roll!

 Chicken Satay, oh so good!

 Seafood soup

Pad Thai and this is really good too!

Not too bad but felt quite normal

So much food!!

After a very full dinner, we walked about a bit more before going to the family mart near our hotel to buy some ice cream before calling it a day.
